When will my order ship?
All orders will ship within 2 business days. They will also ship overnight always.
What is your DOA policy?
All corals will be 100% refunded in the event of a DOA event. I will need clear pictures of the coral still in the packaging as well as ones out of it showing the full piece. Stressed coral, or ones that do not open right away will not be covered. Only 100% verifiable DOA corals will be eligible for a refund.
What if you don't have the coral I want?
Send me an email and I will do everything to find that specific piece for you!
How often do you get new coral?
New coral arrives on a continuous basis, keep an eye out for new drops always!
What if I want to cancel my order?
All cancelations will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
